Built by broadcast crews, for broadcast crews.
glitzravo began on the gallery floor of a regional news studio, where a small team of camera operators, lighting technicians and sound engineers grew tired of watching good crews struggle with workflows that were never properly documented. Today we work with television studios across the United Kingdom, helping them set up equipment, train camera operators and refine the live broadcast workflow from rehearsal to transmission.

From one soundstage to studios nationwide.
What started as informal advice between crews became a structured methodology, tested across news bulletins, chat shows and live entertainment formats. We have since supported studio builds, camera department training and full workflow reviews for broadcasters of every size, from local news affiliates to national live entertainment production floors.
Every member of our team has worked a live gallery. That first-hand experience is why our guidance focuses on what actually happens under transmission pressure, not just what looks good on paper.
Our approach to studio production
Precision under pressure
Live television leaves no room for a second take. Every recommendation we make is built to hold up in the moment the on-air light turns red.
Craft over shortcuts
From cable dressing to camera blocking, we believe the fundamentals of studio craft are what separate a smooth show from a stressful one.
Partnership, not paperwork
We work alongside your crew on the studio floor, not from behind a report. Every engagement ends with people who are more confident, not just a document.
